As CEO of Queue Solutions, A PRM Group Company, Pedro Rivera has been the driving force behind the companies leadership in the growing field of crowd control equipment and access services. Rivera has over 30 years of operating experience and overseeing global operations. His early career focused on supply chain management and product development, which can be exemplified in his invention of the double-belt retractable barrier. With his global perspective, the entrepreneurial-minded Rivera is a recognized expert in crowd control and he continued to innovate and bring new products to the market.

Richard Prigg
Richard Prigg began his sales and marketing career in his native New Zealand before moving to the UK where he gained extensive experience working for multinational manufacturing companies. Entering the crowd control industry prior to moving to the US more than 15 years ago, Prigg’s international experience has enabled Queue Solutions to develop both extensive national sales channels as well as establishing a strong presence in international markets. Prigg’s focus continues to be on providing the maximum customer benefits with both the company’s products and services.
